The space **Our Home is Decorated Specific to All Of The Major Holidays!** Enjoy a spacious, clean and trendy rental for your NYC skyline stay. When you walk in the front door you’ll see the living room and kitchen both well-lit with floor to ceiling windows facing the Hudson River. The couch, conveniently pulls down into a queen Murphy bed after you stow away the 4 cushions that make up the couch. Through the kitchen you’ll find the bathroom which has a bathtub shower so you can either enjoy a bath, or shower. Across the hall, you’ll have access to a washer/dryer. At the end of the unit will be your spacious main bedroom which has a queen bed as well as a twin Murphy bed which you can pull down from one of the two double door closets. You’ll have no problem falling asleep as the units are super quiet and as a bonus, have blackout blinds so you can sleep in as late as you’d like! Enjoy the outdoors or fresh air with an attached balcony off the bedroom. **Currently our building elevator is not operational. There is a one flight of stairs to get to and from your unit.** Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy access to the garage should they need access to parking as well as the rental unit.
