Please take note this is a monthly minimum building as the famed Colony Surf does not allow nightly rentals. When staying at the building you must adhere to The Colony Surf rules. If you need mail sent during your stay please address it to the Colony Surf Front Desk manager and mention your name. Do not put the owners unit number as you will not have access to the owners mailbox. Please note there is 1 cleaning required per month at the renters expense. The cost is generally around $150 paid directly to housekeeping. WIFI: Free WiFi but please note you are on an Island and occasionally it can get spotty.
