Free parking for 1 vehicle and laundry facilities on premises! Truly your home away from home! 2 blocks away from my place is a Splash Park, Tennis Courts and Basketball Courts. The space Extra spacious, sun-filled, gem of an apartment (almost 1000 sqft) in a very convenient location close to all. Can sleep up to 5 guests. Bedroom is so large, it accommodates a full-sized bed in addition to the queen sized bed. Beds have thick and very comfortable mattresses to give you a well rested night’s sleep. Bedroom also comes with a VIZIO 50 inch TV, 2 side tables w/draws, bench, full length mirror and large closet. Hardwood floors throughout and bathroom with tile flooring. Full kitchen with gas stove, fridge with freezer, Keurig machine, microwave equipped with all the pots, pans and utensils needed to cook if you’d like. Dining table with seating for 4. 2 Sofas and a chaise in living room with reclinable backrests that can all be lowered to lounging and sleeping positions, and giving you an extra bed ideal for overnight guests and afternoon naps. You will not be disappointed with the space and will want to come back! Hackensack's bustling Main street is 1 mile away and features local businesses, diverse dining experiences and a performing arts center. Conveniently located to many other amenities including restaurants, shopping and attractions. American Dream mall & Waterpark, Nickelodeon - 8 miles away MetLife stadium - 8 miles away. Hackensack university Medical center only 1 mile away, a 3min drive away or even walkable. Other area hospitals are within a 10-20min drive. Guest access You have access to 1 huge bedroom, 1 bathroom, x-large Living room, dining area and kitchen, located on 2nd floor. No access to 1 closet that’s locked. Washer wand dryer in adjoining room Fast WiFi for those working remotely Location is a fast and easy commute to anywhere, I-80, I-95, Rte 4, Rte. 46, GSP, NJ transit train & bus to NY 5 mins away. Other things to note Please note that I will not accept any reservation with a check-in or check out date on Thanksgiving day ( 11/26/26) or on Christmas Day (12/25/26) Early checkin-in and/or late checkouts are not available during the summer, holiday seasons or on the weekends. This place is a condo with shared walls, so yes, you may hear another guest talking if the condo next to you is occupied at the time you are staying. If you think there is excessive noise coming from another guest’s condo, you need to let me know so I can try my best rectify, otherwise I have no way of knowing. It is located on 2nd Fl so one flight of stairs to climb. Due to the unit being on the 2nd floor, I do not accept children under 12yo for safety considerations. If u need a 1st unit instead, please ask me and I will check availability. If you are traveling with a large group and this one place cannot accommodate everyone, please check with me to see if my other 2 condos in same location are available. Must be 23+ to book. Any unpermitted late checkouts will be charged at $50/30mins. Late checkouts after 12pm will incur the cost of an additional night stay. Please be respectful of check-in and check-out times. Stays of 28 nights or more will incur an additional $100 cleaning charge. For longer stays (more than 14 nights), I will only accommodate guests that are 25 or older and a max of 2 adults. If you are planning to travel with more than one vehicle, there is only assigned parking on premises for one vehicle. Overnight street parking is not allowed for non-residents as a resident parking sticker is required, otherwise your vehicle will be ticketed and/or towed. Daytime street parking is allowed. Thanks!
