Pet-friendly two bedroom townhouse centrally located across from Wilbraham Park in West Cape May. Within walking distance to outdoor mall with unique stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Off street parking available. BBQ grill with grill tools in backyard outdoor dining area. CHECK IN/OUT Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Keys will be picked up from the 24 hour kiosk set up outside of our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company. We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. AMENITIES/THINGS PROVIDED -Bed sheets, Bath towels, pillows, blankets - starter paper products- 1 roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, trash bags - oil, salt & pepper - automatic drip coffee maker - Keurig coffee maker - washer/dryer - off-street parking for up to two cars - propane grill - outdoor dining & lounge chairs - outdoor shower NOT PROVIDED - shampoos, soaps, toiletries, SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS Maximum capacity of 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms on second floor, one has a queen bed and the other has a queen and a twin .Full bath on second floor. Full bath on first floor off the kitchen. ENTERTAINMENT There is a television in the family room streaming capability. High speed internet. another tv is in the kitchen. Don't forget to log out when you leave! BEACH There are two public beach areas nearby; Cape May City and Cape May Point. Both require tags. This rental provides 6 beach tags. 4 beach chairs are provided. 4 bicycles are available. Additional tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances. OUTDOORS There is a small yard with a grill and an outdoor table seating a total of 6 people. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water. COMMUNICATION Once your lease is signed, a dedicated rental agent will reach out to you through the email you provide. Stacked parking for 3 vehicles in drive. **Quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. If you plan to party do not book this home.** **Please no EV or golf cart charging on the property** ***DO NOT WALK ACROSS OR TAKE PETS ONTO NEIGHBOR'S LAWN***
