The space Enjoy a convenient stay in North Weymouth at this two-story multi-family home, perfectly located on the Quincy/Hingham line — just a 30-minute drive to Downtown Boston. The home features comfortable main-level living spaces with two bedrooms located upstairs. Please note: the stairs to the upper level are a bit steep, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns. A great spot for commuters, families, or travelers exploring the South Shore and Boston area. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire two-story unit, which makes up one half of a two-family home. The space is completely private with its own entrance, kitchen, and living areas — no shared interior spaces. Parking is available in the driveway (please park on your designated side), and guests may also enjoy use of the outdoor area/yard when available. Please be respectful of neighbors and shared exterior spaces. Pet owners: Pets must be leashed while outdoors and cleaned up after promptly to help keep the space welcoming for everyone. Other things to note All bedrooms on 2nd floor. Pullout couch on 1st floor. 🐾 Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets and understand they’re part of the family. Standard limit: 2 pets (exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis — please message before booking). Dogs should be small to medium-sized (up to 45 lbs), housebroken, leashed in common areas, and non-aggressive. Please include the type and breed of your pets in your booking request. All pets must be house-trained, groomed, and supervised indoors. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Any pet hair, odor, or damage beyond normal cleaning will incur an additional cleaning fee. For extended stays, a professional cleaning company may be scheduled (at host’s expense) to maintain the property for future guests. Proof of vaccinations or declawing (for cats) may be requested if applicable.
