The space is a spacious 1 bedroom with a full kitchen and a large full bath. Number of Guests: The unit is ideal for a couple sharing a bed or two people to share a bed. We can provide an air mattress for extra fees in case you have a third person. We do not accept young children who will stain or draw on walls furniture. We can accept one responsible older child upon discussing and agreeing in advance. Washer Dryer is common to all residents and is located in the basement of the building. Credit card operated. These machines can be easily operated using credit cards for payment. Other things to note Pets are not permitted in this unit. However, we warmly welcome guests who will cherish and maintain this space responsibly. Parking: We have only one type of parking for this unit. It's called off street parking. This means we will be offering a parking permit which you need to place on your dashboard. This permit will cost 35 dollars per day. If you do not want a parking permit and save some money, another option is for you to park on Massachusetts Ave meter parking. The meter ends at 6 pm or 8pm and then it's free until the next morning at 8 am. You can get 4 hours stretch if you can park the first two hours with quarters and the next two hours via Park Boston app. You can also extend parking without being physically present via app for two hours in the morning. For either choice of parking, do not forget to check the street cleaning day. We offer long-term rentals starting from either September or October 1st, with lease periods ending on December 31st or April 1st. For long-term rentals within the 1st to 31st date range, our prices are conveniently listed on Airbnb when you enter the dates. For any other dates within the month, our rents are based on nightly rates. Luggage Policy: To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and minimize wear and tear on the property, each person is allowed one large suitcase and one carry-on bag. Shared spaces (common areas of the building) are not to be used for storing personal belongings, as this may create safety hazards, increase property damage, and violate local fire codes. The property is not a storage facility, and any items exceeding the luggage allowance must be stored off-site. If you need additional storage, we can recommend nearby facilities. Items left in shared spaces or exceeding the limit as stated above may need to be removed, and failure to comply may result in additional fees or termination of your stay.
