The Living-room kitchen-dining room and bathroom are shared with other roommates in other bedrooms of the same apartment. Apartment is fully furnished and stocked. You will join the lease for this entire furnished apartment with other roommates. All bills are included in the Airbnb total price. Bi-weekly cleaning for the shared common area is provided. Only 1 roommate in 2 smaller bedroom, 1~2 roommates. So, totally, there may be 3~4 roommates in this apartment. - The big parking space in this property is for upstairs apartment. No parking spaces available to this apartment. -Street parking is 2 hours free. You may purchase city visitor parking permit at Jersey City Parking Authority, which is 1 short block away. Other things to note This is a co-living apartment. We are looking for quiet, clean, friendly, and responsible folks who are happy to share the apartment with other screened roommates. We try to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment for everyone to enjoy. If you enjoy loud music, and loud arguments, and want to invite a lot of your own friends to the apartment, this co-living space is NOT suitable for you. - Before you check in, you need sign the "Add a tenant lease amendment" to add your name to apartment rental lease together with other roommates. - The apartment rental lease will be renewed whenever there is previous roommate leave or new roommate move in. You need co-operate the lease updating when other roommate situation changed. - When you checkout, you need to sign the "Remove a tenant lease amendment" to remove your name from the apartment rental lease together with other roommates. - This Airbnb booking does not give you the right to extend your stay in this apartment beyond your checkout day. - In a safety/emergency situation, the host or representative of the host has the right to get into your room to handle the safety/emergency issues. -Read and agree on all house rules before you place booking. ********************* HOUSE RULES ************************** 1). If you make the shared area dirty, we may send a warning for the first time.
