Large bedroom close to Manhatta

This unique place has a style all its own. You can enjoy a great size bedroom, with queen bed, good closet space and work area. The rest of the house you share with other guests, that includes two bathrooms, new kitchen, dinning space and backyard. Other things to note There is only street parking around. If you drive a car I am assuming you have a driver license and you know how to read street signs ( street cleaning, handicap only parking, no parking on someone driveway, etc.).
