Relaxing and quaint cottage nestled on the pristine and bountiful waters of the Hamilton Reservoir. Perfect place to step back with the family and take a much needed timeout to reconnect with your loved one(s). The reservoir is pristine and is clear up to 4’ down. Looking forward to hosting you! The space Drive right up alongside the cottage which offers room for two vehicles parked side by side. Once you step out of your car your eyes will be drawn to the pristine and glistening water view. There is a nice area to relax on two Adirondack high back chairs and several tree stumps strategically placed around a nice sized fire pit with logs set aside on the ready for your family to enjoy s’mores and stories at the end of each day. Within four feet to your left there is a propane grill if you choose to throw on some burgers and hot dogs. Upon entering the cottage you will walk into a remarkable open concept kitchen and living room that has a modern vibe all while paying homage to the classic cottage feel that New England has encompassed for generations. The cottage has three bedrooms that are lined on the right side upon entering the cottage. The bathroom is on your left upon entering. There is is standing shower, a sink, toilet and is equipped with towels and wash cloths for your use. The bedrooms are all private, bedroom one has a queen sized pillow top bed, bedroom number two has a full sized pillow top bed, bedroom number three has a twin sized day bed with a pull out. All of the bedrooms have nice sized closets equipped with hangers and plenty of shelf space for storage so that you can settle in and get comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, and a kuerig coffee maker. It does not stop there, there is also a three season porch that is screened in that allows you to enjoy the fresh air as well as the serene sound of the waves, and the stars at night without experiencing even one mosquito bite. This beautifully designed porch affords you the opportunity to pull up to a picnic table to enjoy a meal without nature nuisances (bugs) or for you to enjoy your favorite board games, there is also a hammock for taking the much needed nap. We also have two kayaks equipped with life jackets, paddles, and kayak caddy’s to wheel them down to the beach where you can swim in the pristine waters, or launch the kayaks, or simply sit and watch the sun come up or down before starting your day or retiring for the evening. Guest access The entire cottage is your to enjoy! You have access to the beach which is located less than a minute walk to the end of the street (60 yards). There are Adirondack chairs there for your use (Please stack them back once you are done using them).
