Welcome to our house! Our 4 BR, 2B home is 4 houses from the Beach! First-floor unit with an open-concept kitchen and large covered deck. The kitchen and bathroom have recently been renovated and have a breezy beachy feel. Free WiFi, 2 TV with Chromecast streaming, gaming TV. To rent our home, we require Airbnb Government ID checks and a minimum age for groups of 25 (required by our Condominium Association). We only do Saturday to Saturday rentals between June 29 - August 31, 2024. The space Enjoy lounging in the shade on our covered front deck. Indulge in happy hour and a barbeque with the gas grill! and large outdoor seating area. We are only four houses from the beach and promenade. Walk the promenade into the center of town for entertainment, restaurants, and bars. Enjoy our beach chairs and outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. We have 4 large bedrooms - BR1 has a full-size and single pyramid bed, BR2 has twin bunk beds and a single bed, BR3 has a queen bed, and BR4 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. As always, we are a pet-free and smoke-free property. Guest access We have a grill in the front of the house for your use. All grilling utensils can be found in the drawer under the microwave. There is an outdoor shower shared by the upstairs and downstairs units. The clothesline is for both units as well. The shed in the back has beach chairs and toys. You can find crabbing cages and drop lines in the shed as well. The fishing pier at 59th Street and the bay is a fun place to crab. Please hose off and return all items when you are finished so our next guests can enjoy them as well. Other things to note There is another unit on top of ours. Their parking spot is the spot on the right in the driveway. They are usually only in their unit from June to September. If they are not using the unit, then you are welcome to their parking spot.
