You have access to everything in the apartment; one door in the kitchen is locked on both sides because it connects to the main house. Guests have a patio outside the apartment for their use, but the fenced backyard is off-limits. No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with a digital keypad. Parking for up to 2 vehicles is available in the apartment’s private driveway exclusively for guest use; the EV charger is located here. You’ll be close to Boston (21.1 miles), Salem, New Hampshire, historical sites in Concord, Franklin Park and Stoneham Zoo, Museum of Science, Boston Museum of Art, Lowell Mills, Boston Freedom trail, and many colleges for touring and graduation.
