It is located on Berkshire Pond in Berkshire Village, Lanesborough MA. 01224 Guest access The Whole House is Yours It Includes: *Front Porch *Large fenced in back yard. *Basketball Court (Balls are in mudroom basket) *Fire Pit & Get wood off racks. *Trash Goes in Big Green Barrels (same area as wood) **Please do not use double bulkhead doors to basement from outside unless emergency. **Please do not use bunkroom basement door unless emergency to get out through outside hatchway. Other things to note Please read: Plenty of parking. Park as you wish. Owner Does Access and use the detached Garage on property. During stays, Lawn care, snow removal, Property Care, Garage use, Emergency repairs and indoor plants need watering on longer stays…Guest will be notified.
