Melrose is located 7.5 miles north of Boston, 2 convenient train stops, 20 minutes away, into downtown Boston. A short walk to The Fells Reservation, hiking & kayaking, or visit the Stone Zoo. We have Italian/Seafood/Mexican/Spanish/Mediterranean & Revolutionary Style Tavern restaurants in Melrose. Owners always on property. NO PETS/KIDS OR SMOKING The space A modern, beautiful, comfortable 2 level guesthouse, for 2! Private entrance, bedroom/bath/upstairs. Living\dining area downstairs. Spacious porch & deck in the front. 30 windows flood the space with plenty of light. Both floors are light and airy. Comfortable furniture/bedding. Guest access The entire guesthouse is private. All areas are private for guests during their stay. In addition, all guests are free to use all outside front porch seating areas. Other things to note There is no kitchen. There is a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, dishes, & silverware. Ages 25 and older only.
