The space The unit will be assigned to you upon check-in. Please keep an eye out for any emails from the resort for any notices of maintenance, interruption of services or construction. We are not held liable for any noise, interruptions of any amenities in the resort, disruptions, changes in surrounding area due to ongoing construction or maintenance. We also do not do the cleaning/preparation of your room. Any concerns on site should be directed to the resort staff. This air-conditioned studio sleeps 4. 1 king bed, 1 sofa bed, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, dish-ware, and furnished balcony/patio. Community BBQs and convenient store. Enjoy pools, hot tubs, slides, fitness center, onsite restaurants, and beach access. Guest access Guests will check-in at the lobby. Upon giving your credit card for refundable deposit and incidentals, you will receive your room keys and parking pass. Your room is assigned at check-in. Please note - room is paid for. They will ask for a card when you check in for incidentals and room charges. At the end of your stay you will have a daily state tax that will be due. The exact unit will be assigned by the front desk at check in. You will be assigned a room that is designated and deeded by the resort. Note this means that the unit could be facing the ocean, the island and surrounding area, the pool area, view of palm trees, or the parking lot side. The exact view is not guaranteed. By submitting a request to book, you acknowledge that the exact room is assigned by the front desk and you acknowledge that the room view may vary. Please make sure you review the current State of Hawaii County government guidance. Other things to note * Guests will provide the name or names of the primary guests in the party who will be staying at the resort. Renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present at time of check-in. No re-renting, leasing, subletting, or transferring of this unit by the Renter to anyone else is permitted.
