This apartment is in an older building and is nothing fancy. If you are expecting luxury this is not the place for you but if you’re fine with a basic apartment mainly just as a place to stay this apartment gets the job done. It will be clean and maintained with comfortable mattresses and all the amentities you need. To provide a quality functional stay. The apartment only has street parking only so there’s no dedicated parking spot. Worst case you’ll have to walk 4 minutes to find parking The space After you park on the street first you have to go through the front door of the building that leads to the common hallway of the building. You will open that door with a single key provided to you via lockbox. Once in the common hallway you will notice it is basic and the carpet has some wear and tear from people coming and going but it shouldn’t affect your stay in any way. Then this apartment it to the right andon the firsr floor and the door has an electronic keypad to check in. After you go through the door of the apartment you enter first the hallway of the apartment that can lead you either to the master bedroom, living room, bathroom or kitchen. The living room has basic decorations and basic furniture. Nothing fancy but gets the job done for what you’re looking for in a living room. The master bedroom has a big and comfortable king size mattress and modern work desk with comfy chair. The bedroom itself is also big with plenty of open space to get ready for the day but just like the rest of the apartment is still in an older apartment and isn’t luxurious. It definitely doesn’t show a false view of this room but please realize professional photographs always make everything look better. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with small sink and toilet. A standard and basic bathroom but has what you need. The kitchen is a nice open area fully stocked with all amenities you need for cooking and everything else. Lastly right off the kitchen is a small bedroom with a full size bed. It may be small but compact with what you need. Guest access ✔ The entire apartment will be exclusively yours and is a single-level home. ✔ Guests have access to the fenced outdoor area which may be shared. ✔ Guests will enter via a self check-in system. ✔ Please know there is no dedicated parking. It is street parking only. Most times there is a spot right outside the building open on the street. At night usually it can be a little harder to find a spot.
