My place is close to bike paths, the ocean and small eateries. You’ll love my place because of the quiet neighborhood and picturesque surroundings. The 20 minute walk to the ocean passes ponds, horse farm and dunes. Bike rental is 1.5 minute walk or they will deliver. Town is 3 miles and the WAVE bus stop is 1 mile from the house. One mile in either direction are small "shacks" that serve coffee and tasty food. Coffee bar available. Lovely Patio. Please verify that you are vaccinated .
