A private lower level suite is accessed via a secure, shared main entrance. The shared main floor offers a full kitchen and additional living room, dining area, and bathroom. A flight of carpeted stairs welcomes you to the spacious private lower level featuring many home comforts. An open floor plan with room dividing curtains provides privacy. The space Guests have their own private lower level with a furnished bedroom, storage space, dining table, and a garment rack to hang your clothes. The private bath with walk in shower is stocked with toiletries, towels, and more. The lower level features an entertainment center/living room with a large 58” HD flatscreen TV with a variety of streaming services along with an extensive DVD/BluRay collection for rent or purchase. Enjoy a movie in front of the fireplace from the super comfy reclining leather sofa with adjustable neck rests and even USB ports to charge your electronic device! Upstairs there is another bathroom (shared) and you’ll be able to enjoy cooking in a kitchen with a stove, oven, lots of counter space. There is a lovely large, fenced in back yard with rain barrels, a gorgeous evergreen tree, and LOTS of beautiful flowers and birds. Guest access Lower level includes a furnished bedroom and private full bath, entertainment center, dining area with a stocked kitchenette. The main floor is a shared space with a kitchen, dining room, back yard, front yard, back patio and more! Other things to note Two queen and one single air mattress plus a fully reclining sofa are available to sleep multiple guests.
