This place is conveniently located on the North end of Flathead Lake, so just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and the many attractions the Flathead Valley has to offer. The space Enjoy lounging down at the lake or roast marshmallows and hot dogs at the lakeside fire pit. The welcome basket in the home has everything you need for making s'mores. Working or going to school remotely? This is a great space to base out of with the high-speed internet and working spaces. Plus, dock, boat lift, fire pit, great views and the beautiful outdoors. Spectrum internet 300/20 Mbps. Wintertime is beautiful with many winter sports available including downhill skiing at Blacktail Resort or Big Mountain in Whitefish. Snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, ice skating and snow shoeing. There's lots of room on the 1 1/2-acre property. The lake frontage is at the bottom of the property and is about 18 feet wide. There is a more direct route that is steep or a less direct route which is gentler for getting down. Either way, it is still a bit of a walk from the house to the beach. We have renovated the beach area. It has a nice dock, a boat lift that will hold a boat up to 7500 lbs and a swimming ladder, so you can have endless fun jumping off the dock. We put in sod and now have a gentle beach and fire pit at the water's edge. The primary bedroom has lake and mountain views, a queen size bed and a smart TV. The other guest room is very large and has 2 queen sized beds and a desk. There is a 3/4 bathroom attached to this bedroom. The living room has a queen-sized hide-a-bed couch. The other bathroom is located off the hallway. I have kids, so the home is equipped with young toys, books and dvd's. Detail cleaning and disinfecting between each guest. This property is a duplex. The upstairs unit is about 1500 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a comfortable living and dining area. There is a year-round tenant and her dog in the downstairs apartment. Her dog is friendly and has his own fenced in area. The boat lift and dock are for my vacation renters. Flathead Lake water levels fluctuate, it is possible you may not be able to secure your boat to the dock the months of Nov-May. . Like to golf?? Golf digest named the Flathead valley a top 50 golf course destination. There are nine championship golf courses in the area.
