This is a very small room/studio with a small kitchenette with sink, mini fridge and microwave. It is the perfect place if you need a lovely place to sleep and shower. Since this is right in town you are walking distance from stores, church, hospital etc. Fans provided, but no AC. There is WiFi available to watch on your own device, but no TV available. There is plenty of space to park, and the owner is a local with good info on the surrounding areas. The space This is a very small studio apartment with a full bathroom and kitchenette. Attached to an adjoining apartment, you may hear noise from them moving around or getting ready for the day in the morning or evening. There is no AC, but if you open the windows at night and place a fan in the window, it will stay cool. Close the windows in the morning and curtains. Guest access You will have use of the studio. The basement is not part of the listing and not accessible to guests. Other things to note This is a small studio apartment with one neighbor next-door. It has a thin wall between apartments so sound can carry easily. There is no AC
