2 BR condo with pool! #47

Come enjoy the beach with your family! Directly across the street from the beach on the desirable north end. Spend the day at the beach and then enjoy relaxing by the pool. This condo has two floors with a deck on the second floor. The pool is right outside the door, along with tables and chairs. I provide everything you need for a great family beach vacation: beach badges, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cart. I cannot rent to groups or unrelated adults. Day guests are not allowed. The space Right outside the door is the pool area with tables and chairs. (No outside guests allowed by the pool). There are no stairs to walk into the condo. The living room, fully stocked kitchen, and a half bath are on the first floor. Also on the first floor is a washer / dryer. The second floor has two bedrooms; bedroom one has a king bed, bedroom two has two twins. Bedroom two has a deck overlooking the courtyard and pool. Also on the second floor is a bathroom with walk-in shower. Other things to note There are two assigned parking spots for the condo.
