Her culinary expertise extends to accommodating any dietary restrictions, ensuring that even those on restrictive diets can enjoy delicious, tailored meals while staying on track with their goals even while on vacation. Chef Amanda prides herself on using local and seasonal ingredients, so you can expect fresh and varied menu items. For a touch of homey comfort, take advantage of her “Fridge Fairy” service, where you’ll find your fridge stocked with freshly made snacks upon arrival.
