The space Welcome to The Flamingo Beach House, a three-story property featuring a signature pink front deck. You are booking Apartment 2, which occupies the second and third floors. This spacious unit includes a living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Recent updates include new stainless-steel appliances throughout the home. The fully stocked kitchen features a four-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. Cooking essentials such as pots, pans, silverware, glassware, bowls, plates, and basic condiments are provided. Granite countertops serve as the dining area, complemented by gray vinyl flooring in the bedrooms and white marble tile floors in the bathrooms. The living room includes a reclining sofa, coffee table, board games, and a 55” LG Smart TV. Guests may log into their own Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services. The second floor includes one bedroom and a full bathroom. The third floor features two additional bedrooms, a second full bathroom, and a convenient laundry area. Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, nightstands, and an extra fleece blanket. The laundry area includes a washer and dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, an iron, and an ironing board. Bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essential toiletries. The apartment offers 400 Mbps Wi-Fi and central heating and air conditioning throughout. Two complimentary street parking permits are provided for parking on nearby residential streets within a 2-block radius. Permits are not valid in parking lots, metered spaces, or handicap spaces. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests and our neighbors. Please note that there may be guests staying in the downstairs apartment, and neighboring properties may also be occupied by guests or residents. This unit may not be the best fit for those who are highly sensitive to occasional guest-related or neighborhood noise. During colder months, the hot-water baseboard heating system may occasionally make light tapping or knocking sounds. This is normal, safe, and common in older homes. The basement is not part of the rental space and is used by the owners and cleaning staff for storage and laundry operations. Staff may occasionally access the basement through its separate exterior entrance but will not enter your apartment. Please flush only toilet paper. Improper disposal may result in plumbing damage and additional charges. Basic toiletries, linens, and towels are provided for your convenience.
