The apartment If you’d rather not be right in heart of Hoboken’s busy downtown thoroughfare, this apartment is a terrific option—less congested, yet just as convenient to restaurants, shops and local transportation, with plenty of space for you and the kids. Other things to note Guests who book this apartment must be at least 23 years old and present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport at check-in. Cleaning Please note that a standard $125 Cleaning Fee is applied with every reservation. An additional $105 (Interim) Cleaning Fee will be charged for every 5 nights during longer stays. Parking We can arrange for indoor parking within the building. The rate is $30 per day and reservation is required.
