The Venetian at Seton Village

Sunny room in a big comfortable shared family home; comfy bed, good study room. AC. Short walk to the train to NYC (35 min.), restaurants/bars nearby in sweet South Orange NJ, movie theater/concert. I'm a professor, very sociable and I speak other languages (French, Italian, Spanish and some Mandarin). Parking on the driveway. Breakfast included, no cleaning fees. 2-night min. please. The space A private room upstairs with a desk, super-comfortable bed, ample storage and zip-fast Wifi. Your rooms locks. I just added a railing on the front steps, you can see them in the "Rainbow" picture. The back porch is open, it's a lovely season now. Guest access The whole main floor is shared - living room, dining room, kitchen, beautiful back porch. During your stay I'm delighted to meet you, and love to host. We are near Newark airport. Fun, vibrant area. I'll be in touch very quickly if you want directions or more information. You can normally store your suitcase here before and after. Other things to note Just around the corner from the Ward place gate of Seton Hall, three-minute walk. Two nights minimum please. I can organize a driver to pick you up from Newark Airport and Newark Train Station. The S. Orange train is only 10 min. away, and I'm happy to come pick you and your luggage if available (no charge). I'm an amateur chef (studied in Italy and China) and often at the grill. The breakfast is included, and I can offer additional meals if you desire and we can connect: simple dinner, for example a gourmet hamburger, or pasta ragu', or more extended, like a Sunday roast chicken with vegetables ($10, 15, or 20). You have access to the kitchen and can keep food in the fridge also.
