Late check-out The space The Frenchmen Suite is beautifully decorated in paisley pinks, purples and grays. It is furnished with a king-sized bed, and a memory foam fold-away, available upon request, for a third person. There is a private attached bathroom, a night stand and chair/desk for work/makeup, and a wall-mounted tv. Just outside the room is a shared tv/sitting room with a coffee bar, microwave and mini fridge. Private French doors lead to a New Orleans styled balcony with a porch swing and two bistro sets. The balcony over-looks a lit courtyard, with a fountain and additional outdoor seating. To your right is the fish-stocked pond, surrounded by cypress trees, with its solar lit peer. Downstairs is the living, kitchen, and dining areas with another coffee bar, mini fridge and island where the welcome refreshments and breakfast/brunch is served daily. A half bath and laundry room is available for your use. To the back of the house, there is a covered, lit patio which is furnished with an outdoor dining set and living room set. Feel free to pop popcorn, tell ghost stories and/or make s’mores at the fire-pit area. There is a chicken coop which supplies our eggs for each morning, plenty of open space for outdoor games, and activities. The newly renovated dock over looks the coulee and is perfect for lying out in the sun, or having a picnic. Please inquire about fishing, as it requires a permit, and additional supplies. Finally, there is FREE ample parking. Guest access Guests are allowed private , dedicated access to their room, bath., and desk area. They are allowed shared access to Living room, dining area and laundry room, half bath, court yard, back patio, and fire pit when available. They are allowed limited access to the kitchen. The pond is available. Boat dock is now available. Fishing requires a permit. Absolutely, NO SWIMMING. During your stay There is self check-in. I may be available on site, or within 5 miles to address any problems in person. I can be reached by text or cell phone. I will definitely be available for service of breakfast each morning, and Sunday morning brunch and/ Sunday Brunch Extension Plan. NOTE: This request must be made and paid for at least 7 days in advance. Other things to note Pre-Opening discount of up to 30%. We are opening 1 room at a time. Gym, game room and other amenities will be made available at a later date.
