Sweet Honolulu Ohana is near the University of Hawaii and a ten-minute drive to the beach. Longer-term stays only. A minimum of 30 days through August 2025, and thereafter a minimum of 90 days, due to the changing laws in Honolulu. Six-month inquiries may be eligible for an additional discount. The space Free-standing studio apartment with 1.5 baths, shared laundry, and parking. This studio was owned by Kenneth Higashimachi, a well-known Honolulu painter and artist who created over 10,000 pieces of artwork in his lifetime. The studio is tastefully decorated with his paintings alongside memorabilia from his travels around the world and his artistic hobbies. The studio with new A/C unit, features a comfortable seating area with a small dining table, a sleeping nook, and a kitchenette equipped with a compact refrigerator and essential cooking supplies. The studio has a half bathroom upstairs and a full bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet on the level below. There is a wall-mounted TV that can be positioned to face either the couch or the bed. The queen-size bed is also electric, and one can raise it to a sitting position. Perfect for watching a movie or working on a laptop in bed. Our kitchen area has a hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, and small fridge. There is a full fridge and a freezer in the laundry room, along with additional storage space. If you prefer not to stay in a high-rise and want a touch of local flair, this space offers charm alongside modern amenities. Centrally located and within walking distance to the U of H. This place is just 10 minutes away from everything, including the beach. One parking spot is allocated to the Ohana. High-speed WiFi included. The guest pays the Solar Fee if overage occurs. Guest access The tenant will have access to the laundry room and a shared washer/dryer. The laundry room also has a full-sized shared refrigerator. There is one parking spot on the property if needed. There is a small landing by the front door with city skyline views to sit outside or a bench under the plumeria tree. Oahu is the perfect island to explore, eat, explore cultural interests, or find a beautiful beach to relax.
