Both bedrooms have Roku TVs and spacious closets with hangers and shelves for clothing storage. -Bathroom The bathroom is fully remodeled with a modern flair. The rain head and handheld arm system in the luxurious shower will give you a relaxing spa like experience. -Outdoor There is a private, fenced in backdoor patio that is perfect for having your morning coffee, getting some fresh air and outdoor dining. Have fun hanging out in the back while grilling on the charcoal grill with utensils and charcoal provided. The association has a community pool that is open in the summer. This is a spacious condominium development which features a private lake and sprawling with many spacious grassy areas and paths between the buildings. Shared community common areas such as the pool, grassy areas and walk ways around the buildings. There is 1 assigned parking spot to use and you can also park in the guest parking spots. Other things to note *NO PARTIES AT ALL ALLOWED* -Save your time and mine if you are looking to have a party here please DO NOT inquire. Any indication of a potential party risk will be rejected. -For booked guests. There are surveillance cameras outside the property, do not try to sneak in extra guests and host a party. If a party is thrown then guests will be evicted by East Brunswick police with no refund for breach of contract. -This will also result in a hefty fine via an Aircover claim. If the claim is not paid by the guest, Airbnb has the right to put out a judgement for the cost. You will all be banned from the platform. -Use common sense, this is a condominium complex not a party house. Book a single family home Airbnb if you're looking to throw a party, not a condo. -This should be obvious to people but this is all mention due to a previous guest throwing a party which resulted in all that was stated. Children are welcome but please note this space has glass fixtures, sharp edges, many decor pieces etc and cleaning products easily accessible to children. Guests are responsible for child proofing the place on their own if needed. For long term monthly rentals guests are responsible for their own linens, towels, toiletries etc. Self maintained like an apartment rental.
