The back deck has a fire pit, grill and seating to enjoy your days or nights. a new fenced in yard. Upgraded flooring and counter tops in the kitchen , along with a new kitchen table that seats 8. Other things to note 8 Beach badges will be available. If lost or taken there will be a $100.00 replacement fee per badge . Also beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use . If lost or broken a charge of $15 for each chair and $20 for each umbrella.
