Salty Meadow: Cape Cod Beach Get-Away

Come rest, relax and stay at The Salty Meadow. We are excited to host you in our newly renovated 2 bedroom private unit/front apartment. We are centrally located in North Truro, a stone's throw away from the only vineyard on Cape Cod, and short drive to Provincetown. Whether you're exploring incredible beaches, marshes and trails or relaxing in your own private meadow, we will make sure you feel right at home. The space This is a 200 year old home, originally built for John Coen and his soon-to-be wife. Since then it has been a home, a restaurant and now a multi-unit jewel box. Your personal apartment/unit is our largest. We have a sweet little loft upstairs and our personal private unit in the back. You will have private access, your own parking and a dedicated outdoor space to enjoy your evenings outside. You will be our only AirBnB guest and your stay and comfort are our biggest priority. Guest access You are welcome to access the entire meadow, but we will keep the front area adjoining your unit as your personal outdoor space, including a bbq and picnic table. Please note, the meadow is a shared space, but we prioritize our guests' access and enjoyment, including a fire pit. Other things to note Please note: This is a house that was built in 1812 and subdivided into three small units. Our listing is for the biggest unit, with private access, parking and outdoor space. Our other two units are not for AirBnB guests, you are our only guests and your comfort and stay are prioritized. Our pet policy is limited to canines only. No cats, birds, gerbils, rabbits, reptiles, guinea pigs (to name a few other small pet varieties. If you have large, big, shaggy dogs who love to swim, run and shed, this may not be the best place for you--as the space is on the smaller side. We have two Ridgebacks with us: Marcel (5) and Bennet (12). We will keep them on lead, tired, quiet and clean up after them. If you are bringing your pups, we ask that you do the same (on lead, clean up and preferably quiet.)
