Come enjoy our well laid-out 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on your next visit to Iowa City! Conveniently located on the southeast side of town, you’ll be just over 2 miles from Kinnick and 15 minutes from Coralville. Enjoy amenities such as our shaded deck, propane grill, fenced in yard and wet bar! The space The upper level of the house is where the kitchen, shared bathroom, deck and two bedrooms are located. The main bedroom features a king sized mattress and a private bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen mattress. A sitting room for up to 6 people is on the main level. The basement level has a separate bedroom with a queen sized mattress/crib, an entertainment area with a sectional and smart TV with Netflix and YouTube TV, backyard access, and a shared bathroom. There will also be a queen air mattress available for set-up upon request in the basement. Walk out of the kitchen and relax on our shady deck! Backing up to a field, our deck is a quiet place to enjoy the outdoors. It features a propane grill for your use, outdoor lighting and seating for up to six people. Guest access The entire house is yours with just a few exceptions! Since this is our live-in home, the following spaces are off-limits: main bedroom walk-in closet and the adjacent closet, hallway closet off kitchen, basement bedroom closet, drawers in refrigerator, crawl space, and the garage.
