Tucked away for a peaceful getaway, yet just minutes from all that Worcester County has to offer! 🔹15 minutes to downtown Worcester 🔹20 minutes to both Umass Hospital Campuses & St. Vincents Hospital 🔹Short drive from many of the Central MA colleges and universities 🔹30 minutes to both Wachusett Mountain Ski and Ski Ward Ski area 🔹10 minutes to Fern Hill Barn by Wedgewood Weddings 🔹Come experience the Spencer Fair every August! 🔹Many hiking trails and state parks nearby! ❗️Please note❗️ I take great pride in providing a memorable experience for all guests. About the home 🖼️ Each common space has spectacular waterfront views 🌅 backyard with waterfront views, a fire pit, and floating dock for your enjoyment ☀️ 🐕 Pet friendly for up to two pets! Fenced in backyard for your furry loved ones to enjoy playing outside while you have peace of mind 🐾 Please include pets in reservation - service animals stay for free! See the guidebooks provided for popular restaurants, wineries, parks, wedding venues, and more! 🗺 The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable, king size bed. There are two other bedrooms, one with a queen, and another with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom window has blackout curtains, nightstands with lamps and power outlets for your electronics 😴 Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a delicious home cooked meal, or a night in with take-out from nearby restaurants 🥡 Coffee or tea with a view is only a few steps away no matter where you are in the home ☕️ Living room has a 50 inch TV with Youtube TV, Netflix, Hulu, and more! 📺🍿 Whether on warm summer evenings or cold winter nights, cozy up on the couch with views of the water from anywhere you lounge 🛋 Third floor game-room equipped with books (adult, young adult, and children genre), games, puzzles, and more to help you spend more time with the people you love in this off the grid, yet tech-savy cottage 🧩♣️ Anyone up for some competition? A mid-sized pool table completes the main living area for some good vibes and friendly contests 🎱 😅 Forgot to pack something? Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. By booking, all guests assume full responsibility and risk when accessing the water/pond. Please be respectful of the neighbors, local nature and wildlife, and property. Everything you need for a great stay is supplied for the duration of your stay: toiletries, linens, towels, hairdryer, washing machine, detergent, and so much more! Other things to note 🔹Parking is limited - please keep this in mind when arranging travel plans. Driveway has space for 3-4 regular sized cars; additional side spot for a fourth vehicle behind large tree on side of house. For further parking needs, please utilize nearby Moore State park. No street parking is allowed. 🔹Pet friendly for up to two pets - please include in your reservation. Common pet etiquette is expected. Service animals stay for free! 🔹 This is a quiet, peaceful residential community. Quiet hours are from 8pm-8am. 🔹Check-in details, such as door code, house rules, and house details, are sent early morning of your first reservation day via the messaging feature. 🔹Washer and dryer unit is provided for your convenience 🔹Gas fireplace and space heaters available to ensure utmost comfort on winter nights - details available in the house manual 🔹Fresh linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided for every guest listed in the reservation. 🔹Outdoor seating available on both upper deck and back patio area, with a ready-to-use propane grill (spring-fall). 🔹 Kayaks, canoes, or other floatation devices are not available on the property. Guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks/paddle boards/canoes/floaties/tubes/etc to enjoy on the water. General safety considerations are always highly encouraged, as guests assume all responsibility when using the water. 🚫No parties or gatherings allowed; if visiting with friends or family, please be respectful and mindful of the local peace. 🚫No unapproved overnight guests allowed, unless previously arranged. 🚫Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind inside the home - penalties will apply if there is evidence of smoking, such as smell or stains.
