Our 2,500 sqft, 4 bed, 3 bath lake house comes with direct lake access, including a large back yard, your very own boat house, a sandy beach, and a dock for swimming and boat mooring! The main house is an open concept kitchen & living room, with a grand 3 season sunroom for dinning and relaxing, an upstairs game room, an outside deck perfect for entertaining, and parking for approximately 4 vehicles. The space This lake house has 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 full baths, with a large open concept kitchen that flows into the living room where you'll find a work space. Turning towards the water, you'll pass through beautiful glass sliding doors opening up to the three seasons room, which has an 8 person dinning room table over looking the grounds. On the second floor, you'll find the three bedrooms along with a full game room, consisting of a ping pong/air hockey table, separate granite card table, lounge area, and a high top table for entertaining. If you walk down towards the water, you'll find the boat house. This includes a front screened in room with lounge chairs! At the waters edge is where you'll find the sandy beach perfect for swimming, fishing, and mooring a boat during your stay! Guest access During your stay you will have access to the entire house along with the boat house, games and more! Lake Lashaway is a public lake, with public access to the town beach, boat ramp, and the 308 Restaurant which is accessible from the water! Other things to note DISCLAIMER: There is a boys and girls camp located next to the property. There is privacy between the Airbnb and camp and they will not be near your private beach/lakefront area. The camp runs from June 29th - August 10th. Lake Lashaway has been a cornerstone for our family throughout the years! Whether its on the water during the summer time soaking up the sun, taking a bike ride to the local apple orchard in the fall, ice fishing and ice skating in the winter, or simply relaxing as spring time rolls around. The lake has something for you no matter which time of the year!
