Two large smart TVs, fast wifi, modern, updated bathrooms, designated workspace, newly renovated chef's kitchen with induction cooktop and fully stocked with all the tools you could need, wine bar and built in wine fridge, and even AC for those hot summer months (which can be hard to find in these historic homes)! The basement "bonus" space is perfect for families or entertaining, stocked with a TV, toys, games and more. Head out to the private back patio to enjoy the beautiful garden and grill up a nice meal!
