Aloha, This ground floor studio condo has recently been renovated to feature the an elegant kitchen, living space, and bathroom. This condo includes its own washer & dryer, and an enclosed lanai space. It is steps away from one of Kihei's best beaches: Charley Young beach. We look forward to welcoming you here. The space THE INTERIOR- This cozy ground floor studio sized apartment is recently renovated and located in a charming two-story apartment building which houses only 8 units in total, so the building has a character that is more residential than a busy resort complex. It includes a full kitchen, king size Murphy-style bed in the living area, smart TV, free wi-fi internet, as well as an air conditioner. The inside of the apartment features cool flooring throughout plus elegant countertops. The space is set up for two people, as there is only one king size bed. This unit also houses its own private washer & dryer that is for your personal use. The living room also features a smart TV with apps for your streaming capability and subscriptions. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. The enclosed patio faces West toward sunset skies and the ocean which is just behind the residences across the street. The East-West direction of the apartment means cross breezes gently flow through the apartment when trade winds are blowing. The apartment can be kept at a comfortable temperature by allowing the cross breezes in, or by using the ceiling fan. WHAT'S INCLUDED INSIDE- A set of linens, pillows, and a comforter are provided in addition to a set of bath towels and beach towels. A starter set of liquid body wash and shampoo are provided. A roll of Paper towels, and rolls of toilet paper are also provided. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, range with stove and oven, and microwave, plus small appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, and blender in addition to an array of kitchen utensils, silverware, glasses and mugs, plates and bowls, pots, and pans, etc. Two beach chairs are provided as well. Please rinse the sand off of these before returning. Mahalo! THE EXTERIOR- The building has a charming stucco look to it. The apartments provide comfort inside and most importantly it is in a superb location being steps from the gorgeous beaches near this short residential street, and within easy walking distance of a wide variety of shopping and dining and water activities. PARKING FREE ON STREET- Parking on the residential street directly fronting the apartment building is free, as the parking spots in rear of the building are reserved. Please do not drive up the driveway out of respect for keeping quiet for other guests. Mahalo & have fun in Maui! Guest access Both check-in and check-out are easy breezy for this unit- The patio door to this unit has a keypad door lock. In advance of each stay, the guests are provided with a code. Guests are invited to let themselves in at check-in time on their check-in day. Check-out is equally effortless: guests are free to simply depart at any time prior to check-out time on their final day. Departing guests are requested to notify the host that they have checked out and departed the apartment, so the host knows when it is okay the enter the apartment to prepare for future guests. Other things to note There is a free Wi-Fi internet connection for this apartment, (subject to rare but possible outages, like any other internet services that can go down.) The name of the wireless network and password are provided on a card inside the apartment. The grounds and the building are subject to occasional maintenance aimed at improving the exterior look of the property, including weekly visits from a landscaping crew and quarterly visits for standard pest control treatments. In an effort to "go green" using renewable energy sources, an array of solar photovoltaic panels have been installed on the roof to generate electricity, but please continue to conserve electric whenever possible.
