The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining and includes lap pool, three decks, patio and fire pit. The downstairs includes living room, family room, bedroom, full bath, eat-in kitchen, and enclosed porch overlooking the backyard. The second floor features 4 more bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry room, and en suite primary bedroom with deck. The space The property is very quiet and located on .4 acres. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with lovely, modern furniture and all the amenities you will need. The mattresses are all brand new and have been purchased with your comfort in mind. July and August rentals are seven days and start on Saturdays. Shorter rentals are available offseason. Guest access Guests can access the entire house. Other things to note We are not accepting children under 5 years of age due to the liability of the pool. ALL RENTALS FOR LAST WEEK OF JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST ARE A FULL WEEK: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY
