The space This is a co-living apartment on the 1st floor of a 4-family house with 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. This listing is for room C with 2 full-size beds for 2 people to sleep separately and split the room rent. The room comes with 2 working desks, 2 closets, and 18" high under-bed space for storage. The Living-room, kitchen-dining room, and 1.5 bathrooms are shared with other roommates in other bedrooms of the same apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and stocked. You will join the lease for this entire furnished apartment with other roommates. All bills are included in the Airbnb total price except laundry and parking. Laundry room is on ground floor. Coin or App operated washer and dryer. Weekly cleaning for the shared common area is provided. Guest access - You will have full and exclusive access to your bedroom. - You can lock your closet (and room while you're inside) to keep your stuff safe and secure. - You can access the shared living space, dining space, kitchen, and 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. - There are 4 bedrooms in this apartment. Each bedroom is big enough to host 1~2 roommates. So, in total, there may be 1~8 roommate in this apartment. - One parking space in the back of the property is available to reserve when it is still available. -Street parking is 2 hours free. You may purchase a city visitor parking permit at Jersey City Parking Authority, which is a few blocks away. During your stay Once your booking is accepted, we will send an Airbnb message to confirm your booking and review house rules. Then we will contact you three days before your arrival to make sure that everything is okay on your side, and create a special lock code for your stay and give you some detailed information / instructions for a smooth check-in. If you have any questions in the meantime, reach out to us any time. Most of our communication will be in the Airbnb message. At the same time, we will exchange the phone # and email address for more communication channels. Other things to note This is a co-living apartment. We are looking for quiet, clean, friendly, and responsible folks who are happy to share the apartment with other screened roommates. We try to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment for everyone to enjoy. If you enjoy loud music, and loud arguments, and want to invite a lot of your own friends to the apartment, this co-living space is NOT suitable for you. - Before you check in, you need to sign the "Add a tenant lease amendment" to add your name to the apartment rental lease together with other roommates. - The apartment rental lease will be renewed whenever there is a previous roommate leaving or a new roommate moving in. You need to cooperate with the lease updating when other roommate situations changed. - When you checkout, you need to sign the "Remove a tenant lease amendment" to remove your name from the apartment rental lease together with other roommates. - This Airbnb booking does not give you the right to extend your stay in this apartment beyond your checkout day. - In a safety/emergency situation, the host or representative of the host has the right to get into your room to handle the safety/emergency issues. -Read and agree on all house rules before you place booking. ********************* HOUSE RULES ************************** 1). No candle or incense burning anywhere in the building. 2). No loud music, loud argument anytime. (Use an earbud for your music enjoyment). 3). Quiet time: 10:30 pm~ 8:00 am 4). No personal items in the common area. 5). No overnight guest for more than 3 days per month. 6). No Party. No Event. 7). No Drugs. No smoking anywhere in the building, including balcony. 8). Clean after yourself (Kitchen & Bathroom). Wash all the pans, pots, dishes, bowls, etc cooking/dining ware immediately after you use them and put them back in your assigned kitchen cabinet. If you make the shared area dirty, we may send a warning for the first time. From the second time, we need to collect a fine of up to $30~$200 to pay for the cleaning of the apartment shared area after you). 9). House Temperature must stay at 73 degrees at all times. 10). Only use your assigned cabinets, cookware, dishes, cups, and utensils. Do not borrow stuff without asking. 11). Do not eat other people's food 12). Treat other roommates like you would like to be treated. Respect and cooperate with our cleaning staff when he/she cleans the apartment's shared common area weekly.
