The back room leads right out to the deck/fenced in yard. BED LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED. Please plan accordingly. -Outdoor shower included!! -Keurig coffee maker and starter supply of K cups Guest access Guests have access to everything but the shed! Other things to note Street parking available - no driveway, but ample parking available on street or surrounding streets. Please abide by the 1 car to 4 people rule per SSH. Parking on our street is never an issue. Please No smoking in the house! This house is a smoke free zone! 😊 (If smell of smoke is present in the home at the time of check out additional fees will apply per the discursion of the cleaning team) Please abide by Garbage schedule and take all garbage with you that is remaining after your stay! No garbage can be left as we most likely have a group coming in right after yours!
