This is a two story home that offers plenty of space for your family. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a small office area. There is a full bathroom downstairs that is perfect for rinsing off after you come back from the beach. Downstairs you have an open concept from the living room and dining room with big windows to the front yard. Upstairs there is a deck where you can sit and relax and enjoy the views of the ocean. The backyard is large with a trampoline and large deck to grill and entertain. The entire yard is fenced in with plenty of room to park your vehicles inside the gate. Every room has its own mini split to set your own temperature in each room. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes from the public beach access that is 4 houses down. Parking is available inside gate as well as outside gate of home.
