With its convenient location & comfortable amenities, this studio is sure to make your stay a memorable one The space > Detached from the main house of the host, this Guest Studio has its private entrance with Self Check-in and FREE parking. > Situated in a quite neighborhood and yet a stone throw away (12-14 mins drive) from the bustling life of New Brunswick, Rutgers University and RWJUH, St Peters Hospital. > Major attractions within approximately 1-2 hours of drive such as New York City, Jersey Shore beaches, Delaware water gap recreational area, Poconos etc. > Within a 1 minute of walk, it also has a small children park with a playground and access to unmarked trails around the lake. > Newly renovated with modern touch, its large windows are perfectly situated to let in lots of natural lights. > It has a Queen sized bed with a premium mattress and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for the extra guest. > A 55" smart UHD tv is mounted on a full motion mount and can be relocated to watch either from the sofa or from the bed. > Kitchenette is equipped with all essentials, including a mini refrigerator, microwave, bread toaster, toaster oven & a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of K-cup coffee pods of various flavors. Please note that there is no stove and cooking is not possible. > The bathroom is modern and clean, with a luxurious shower and plenty of towels. > We provide all the toiletries and linen for your stay. > Also be aware that there is a security camera located at the outside porch and it is for your safety. We do not monitor them 24/7 but this is something there for just in case anything happens. We're here to help you enjoy your stay so please let us know if you have any questions! As long as these House Rules are respected, I will go above and beyond to make your stay a comfortable and special one. We have installed exterior security cameras and it is for the safety of both you and your property. Though we do not monitor them 24/7 these cameras are actively recording both audio and video around the perimeter of our house for just in case anything happens. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
