Other things to note For easier reporting purposes our pet fees are not included in pricing settings. This means that you will need to inform us if you'll bring your pet and a $200/pet pet fee will be collected via resolution center. This is also noted in our House Rules. While we provide a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. We do not provide salt, pepper, oil, tea or coffee. Newbury Street will be open to pedestrians and closed to motor vehicles, from Berkeley Street to Massachusetts Avenue, every Sunday from 10:00am to 8:00pm, starting July 2nd and ending October 15th.
