This home has a large open kitchen/living/dining area which is great for family gatherings as well as an attached rear Lanai (porch) with panoramic ocean, Mountain, and garden views. The home is fully appointed with a well stocked kitchen, High Quality linens, and comfortable island style furnishings. Amenities include high speed wireless, HD cable TV 47" in living room and 29" with dvd in the smaller bedroom, land line phone with free long distance throughout North America (now also Canada and Mexico), iPod docking stereo, kids toys and books, and much more (full list below) Kauai’s trade winds keep the house quite cool, but we also have an Air conditioning system in all rooms of the home. This house has a stamped concrete patio out front with seating and a grill and was painted inside and out in 2023 and equipped with all new furniture. 1 Bedroom Ocean Suite – This house sits perched on top of a valley leading down to Secret Beach and the ocean views are amazing! The 800 sq. ft. Suite is fully equipped with a well appointed kitchen, washer dryer, full bath with rain shower, King bed, 42” flat screen TV, Bluetooth stereo, land line phone with free long distance (North America,Canada, and Mexico), HD digital Cable TV and Wireless internet, and quality furnishings from Restoration Hardware. The outside space offers a large sunset deck with an outdoor dining pavilion with monkey pod slab picnic table, seating area, brand new hot tub (2023) outdoor shower, and two lounge chairs. Enjoy stunning sunset views from the deck or the living room and fall asleep to the sounds of the waterfall in the valley below. You will also enjoy exclusive access to 23 acres of privacy with an impressive plant diversity, natural jungle, and an array of exotic fruit trees.
