Open and airy A- frame loft with 2 cozy bedrooms, updated bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and living room on first floor. Spiral staircase leads to second floor loft with TV, and walkway to upper level terrace to enjoy view of the grounds and pond! No children under 5. Please note our no party policy. We do not host weddings. Thank you! The space Area is rural yet 4 miles to the historic town of Clinton with dining, shopping, and supermarket; 20 minutes to Milford,NJ; Frenchtown, NJ; or Easton, PA. Nearby Vineyards include Alba and Beneducce. Quiet property meant for relaxing. Spruce Run Recreational Park is minutes away by car; Ringing Rock Park is a short drive also. Hot air ballooning in the area. Not appropriate for large parties or gatherings. May not be suitable for young children. Guest access Entire house (except for the master owners suite, which remains locked to guests), pool, outdoor patio and dining area, pond with bench and wind chimes for meditation, or day- dreaming. Completely private. Other things to note No pets allowed. please don't ask for exceptions. No large or loud parties allowed.
