Sleeping arrangements This one-bedroom condo accommodates up to 4 guests with a king-size bed set behind a sliding door, offering a restful space with clothing storage and room-darkening shades. In the living area, a queen-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping flexibility. The bathroom includes bathroom essentials, a walk-in shower, and a vanity, creating a practical and comfortable setup for your stay. Living area The living room offers a relaxed place to unwind with a TV, comfortable seating, and views that extend toward the mountains and golf course. Workspace & connectivity For those needing to stay connected, the condo includes WiFi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door, offering a quiet and separate area suited for remote work or focused tasks. Other things to note ✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR) The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026. Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include: • A large heated swimming pool • Three brand-new hot tubs • A brand-new sauna • All new loungers and daybeds • Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating • A children’s playground • A full tennis and play court Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays. PLEASE NOTE – FOR STAYS BEFORE MAY 15, 2026: The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 15, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly. --- Please Note: • This unit is privately managed and not affiliated with the hotel.
