This apartment consists of two gorgeous and luminous bedrooms, kitchen and one bathroom. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen basics. The living-room is equipped with a comfortable sofa (which sleeps 2 ) , a smart TV, & a PS5. The apt is in the ironbound area of Newark. 7 mins to EWR, 20-60 mins to NYC by train, 10 mins to Newark Penn station, 20 mins to Met Life Stadium & Dream waterpark. (No elevator, just 1 flight of stairs. It’s a multi- family townhouse). The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the hallway, separated by the living room, bathroom and kitchen. The 1st bedroom has a balcony, facing the street. The 2nd bedroom has a mini balcony facing the backyard, with 2 chairs and a table. That’s the designated smoking area for the smokers or to just sit , sip tea and soak up some sun. No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the apartment. Guest access The guests have access to the entire second floor. Other things to note NO parties , no “small ”get togethers allowed. No smoking inside the apt. Smoking is allowed ONLY on the balconies. There is a doorbell camera at the front door and a security camera inside the main hallway at the entrance. There are no cameras inside the apartment. You have 100% privacy. If you have small children , you are more than welcomed. If you have an infant or small toddler, I will provide you with a folding baby crib, and a high chair, UPON REQUEST. At no extra charge. There is a $100 pet fee. Price will change depending on the length of your stay.
