All toiletries, cleaning supplies and items found in the fridge, pantry and cabinets are available to guests. Smoking is perfectly permissible on the porch, never indoors. Washer and dryer use available. The home is set up for you to access on your own but when available I will meet guests at the home! The lockbox and security codes will be emailed to you a few days prior to arrival. A house manual outlines the details of the house and answers any questions that you may have. The manual will also include some local places of interest. I will provide my cell number at check-in. We are adjacent to the Marigny/Bywater, 2-6 blocks from awesome restaurants, cafes, and bars. Our neighborhood is delightful, we hope you will come and enjoy all it has to offer! This home is located on St. Claude Ave. The best way to get around is by foot, bike,or Uber/Lyft. Scores of wonderful restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are within close walking distance! In addition, we are a short 5 minute (~$5-6 Uber ride) from Frenchman St. and the French Quarter. Walking in this neighborhood is safe but we do recommend that you always stay on the most lit up part of the street at night and be aware of your surroundings at all times.
