You’re welcome to call me at anytime. My phone goes into sleep mode after 10:30 PM and does not turn on until 8 AM. This is a downtown industrial area that looks gritty. We are in the process of remodeling the entire apartment complex. We are working on the interior of all the units to make them very nice places to stay. The exterior is rough looking. Please read my reviews that will tell you everything you need to know. You are four blocks from the city center so you’re a five minute walk from most of downtown. The city bus is two blocks away. Uber or Lyft are great ways to get around. If you have your own car, we have a parking lot and plenty of parking.
