It's on a quiet street, away from the boardwalk noise. Parking for 2 cars on driveway & street parking. 3 bedrooms & 2 baths - sunroom has a pull-out sofa. Home sleeps 8 people comfortably. Spacious living room has plenty of seating & TV. House is thoroughly cleaned between guests. Sorry, no pets. Minimum age to rent: 26 The space All bedrooms have smart TV's. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a coffee bar. 4 beach tags included - upon request a 5th additional pass is $25 for length of stay. Passes must be returned. Fee for unreturned beach tags is $150.00 each. Towels are provided. Linens are not included but can be ordered for a discounted rate of $45 through a linen company upon request. This covers all beds for your length of stay. Other things to note Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is 10am. We only rent to families & couples over 26 years of age.
