The house is located in Bergen County New Jersey it is a very peaceful and quiet area with many restaurants and shops within a 5 min drive there is also a laundry mat nearby. I am renting an area in my home which is 4 bedrooms and 2 baths you are not renting my Entire home only part of it which is private for your using and you have a private entrance what you see in the photos is what you are renting included in your rental is also access to our shared pool area and patio You are renting one part of my Home which is Private for your using. You are renting one part of my home which has a private entarance. 2 designated parking spots on the far left side of driveway it is a 2 car limit on driveway. the home has a master bedroom with private Bath and 3 additional bedrooms with one full bath on 2nd floor the downstairs has a huge living room with TV and Dining room and Full kitchen You will not be sharing anything on your rental part the only thing shared is the Pool, backyard & drive way My co-host who is also a permanent resident on the property is there to help you with any questions
