Welcome to Serenity NOW-Our incredibly chic cozy boho victorian themed New Orleans apartment. You'll enjoy the regular luxuries of home without sacrificing comfort! Plus, you are within walking distance to Jazz Fest, the Fairgrounds, City Park, NOMA, Bayou St John, restaurants, bars, & grocery stores. We're a quick Uber from the French Quarter, The Garden District, Magazine Street and many other exciting locations. We also have fast internet for those that need to work during your stay. The space Our newly renovated studio is is located in the middle of everything New Orleans has to offer! Our cozy apartment can easily accommodate up to 3 people. We're full time artists ourselves and wanted to create a space with a relaxing mix of colors, textures, and patterns. A great place to chill, when you're not enjoying everything New Orleans has to offer! There's a record player so you can listen to some tunes while you relax. We want you to be as comfortable as possible. The home is furnished with one Queen pillow top bed, and one full-size sleeper sofa. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal amount of guests would be 1-3 people. Please keep in mind, it’s a studio apartment. So if space and privacy are important to you, this may not be the best fit. In the kitchen area, you'll find all of the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to chill. In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: a blow dryer, towels, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, napkins, oxygen and more. Our cozy space is so perfect, you'll want to stay forever. We've had guests ask. Just kidding. (But seriously.) Guest access Along with the beautiful private apartment, you have access to our serene plant covered front porch which includes your own private bistro table to enjoy your morning coffee or a nice chilled beverage in the evening. There is free street parking available everywhere, which is first come first serve. Other things to note We have a central ac/heat system that powers the entire home on both sides. The temperature is set between 70-75 daily depending on the weather. If you have any issues just send us a text and we can adjust accordingly. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, our home is equipped with ring exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
