You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located South Highlands home in a peaceful neighborhood. Within walking distance of the Park, it is also convenient to restaurants, shopping districts, as well as medical centers. There is no smoking or vaping in the house. Please be advised that Robin's Bungalow has no special accessibility features and may not be suitable for everyone. The property has a single lane driveway which is narrow. The sidewalk from the driveway to the house is narrow and does not accommodate persons with some types of impairments in mobility. Parking on the street is permitted, and the seven steps up to the level of house have no handrail. The three steps going into the house have no handrail. Other things to note A fourth guest may be added upon request, for a fee of $10 per night. Please note that we regret that we are not hosting children under the age of 9. The identity of each guest staying may be required, particularly for stays of one week or longer. For stays of one week or longer, we would like to be informed of the purpose of your stay. Due to the size of the driveway and in consideration of near-by neighbors, no more than three vehicles are permitted. Any reservations procured by anyone other than guests who are staying violate policy and are subject to cancellation. A television and a computer monitor are available for your use with your subscriptions. The TV does provide limited Samsung package channels.
